Karen Butler

Karen leads the project for LeedsBID, working closely with city partners including Leeds City Council and West Yorkshire Police on all things around street management.  Karen also heads up our Street Rangers team, reacting to business need and literally keeping the city’s streets shine.

A town planner by profession, Karen’s passion for public space also comes in useful in curating the exciting public art commissions for LeedsBID, be it murals, lighting installations or sculpture.

Karen is privileged to have been part of LeedsBID since its inception and to be able to direct such a valuable city initiative that makes a real difference.
